	Shipping/Handling/Terms/Conditions Policies: The Domata Living Flour company policy is never to place profit margins on top of any actual shipping and handling charges.
UPS Shipping Charges: We believe that UPS offers both of us our best shipping solutions. At this time, we use UPS exclusively as our ground carrier provider. All freight prices quoted are actual and sourced directly from the UPS Internet Services program for product delivered within the continental United States. Call or e-mail for international quotations. If you are interested in purchasing flour, we can quote the international conversion pricing for flour and shipping rates. Considerable freight savings are available when ordering larger poundage of flour. Be reminded that typically Gluten Free recipes calling for 2 cups of flour equate to approximately one (1) lb. Consumption of flour will happen quickly, when you are committed to a lifetime of Gluten Free dieting.
Domata Handling Charges: Warehousing packaged flour cost. Assembling and boxing packaged flour cost. Administration and Labeling packaged flour cost.
Combined Fulfillment Charges: Fulfillment of a typical order represents the actual UPS shipping charges combined with the actual Domata handling charges. Our software programming assures accuracy in this event. Enjoy your Domata Living Flour purchase.

Return and Credit Policy: For the health of all Domata Living Flour customer’s we do not re-sell returned food items regardless of their condition, therefore all Domata Living Flour sales are final. Domata Living Flour will replace product damaged during shipment; or is otherwise found to be defective. Our company policy is, Rule #1 “the customer is always right” and Rule #2 “if the customer is wrong, refer to rule #1.” If a problem arises, we are committed to providing a solution that is quick and fair.
