What You Are Saying About  Domata Living Flour?

February 27, 2010
Iris,
Thank you so much for the discount on my flour order of yesterday. What a wonderful surprise, living on a fixed income now makes it all the nicer of a present.
I really love your flour and I tell everyone you have the best.
May God richly bless you and yours so you can keep it going.
Have a great day!

Domata has put the joy back in my cooking -- and eating! Once again, my family and friends love my cooking and I love the applause it generates. No one knows that it is gluten-free, until we tell them . . . and they are always stunned that anything gluten-free can be soooo good. My husband even thinks some of my recipes are BETTER with Domata than they were with wheat.
Thank you,

Hello Ed,
It was so exciting to receive the shipment of 10 pounds of flour from you. I was in Phoenix at my Reliv conference when it got here, but as soon as I returned I began to plot my way through the next 10# of fun. My son, who is a gourmet cook and has turned his snobbish nose up at EVERY single other flour, no matter how I've tried to mask it, was game for me to use it in chocolate chip scones. So, I made a batch of scones and also a batch of biscotti. Normally this would produce a batch of something that would taste okay, but crumble in the hand immediately. Also, while the taste would be okay, the texture would send purists running the other way, including me. Domata Flour, with your new rice enrichment, is perfect. I mean really truly perfect. The biscotti holds shape, and when dipped in coffee it continues to hold shape while absorbing the coffee. Perfect crunch, perfect chew, no falling apart in the cup which is an awful thing to have happen. It's impossible to tell that it's gluten free biscotti. The scones were an even bigger test, because by design they are more crumbly anyways. They held perfect shape, and not too dry or too moist. Perfect scones. I have a loaf of that brown rice bread in the oven as I type. I hope it turns out okay. I've baked artisan breads for years, and love being able to knead and knead. But your instructions have led me down a different path with this. I'm hoping, but have a feeling this will have more of a learning curve to it. Again, thank you and I'm going to get all of my poor suffering gluten free friends to buy this and live like everyone else gets to live!!! Good work, Ed. Blessings, Marcia Speicher

Hamantaschen are the triangular cookies filled with jam that are traditionally baked for the Jewish holiday of Purim.  Since we were snowed in today, we decided to make them since Purim is only a few weeks away.  I am the only gluten-free person in my house, and I had already ordered some from an online gluten-free bakery, so we had planned to make them with "regular" flour.  However, since I only bake gluten-free now, we did not have any "regular" flour in the house, so I told my husband to just use the Domata.

They are DELICIOUS!!  The dough has a slightly different "mouth feel" than the ones we make with regular flour, but the dough handled well for rolling, cutting, and pinching.  We only made a single batch of dough to see how they came out, but I'm going to go make at least a double batch so we have something to do tomorrow... school has already been canceled ;-).
Thanks for a wonderful product!!  I wonder if it would work in a challah recipe too.... Sue Kamens

Dear Sirs,
You are correct I find your product to be superb, I still have not tried to make gravy, but every other recipe I've tried has been a taste treat. I've been telling all my friends about you and hopefully the word here will spread to the world. Thanks again for all you have done for us with gluten problems. Karen Clarke-Culey

Testimony from Jill Moreno,
Just wanted you to know - my kids wanted Chinese dumplings. I used the pizza crust mix to make the wrappers. They were delicious. They worked well pan fried and steamed, although the steamed was the hit of the night. Thank you for making such a versatile product!

My daughter is on a GFCF diet as a treatment for autism. Discovering your flour has been such a blessing!!! This Christmas I used your wonderful flour to bake chocolate chip cookies, sugar cookies, and spritz cookies....I just used my regular recipe and substituted ingredients that are safe to use for my daughter...including your flour. Not one person who ate my cookies could tell that I had used gluten free flour!!!! Thanks so much for creating such a wonderful, affordable product. I'm so happy to be able to give my daughter the foods she loves without the side effects of eating gluten. Many thanks from our family!! Have a wonderful New Year in 2010!! Iris,
The pizza was great! As I took it out of the oven our 9 year old grandson who has celiac asked what HE was having for supper.......I told him that we were all having the same pizza....which doesn't usually happen. I used my stone to cook it on and we all enjoyed it. Yesterday I used it to make pumpkin bread for him and he said it was great. The Domata flour is the closest thing to real flour that I have found in the 8 years that we have worked with Shane's special diet. Thanks again! Kathy

My daughter picked up a bag of Domata at the Celiac night at the Wachovia Center in Philly, and it is wonderful. Not only are all the cookies that I baked a few days before Christmas still fresh and delicious but for the first time ever I was able to make a pasta called "capelletti" for our soup on Christmas day. It truly is a "Gift from God" and I am anxious to try more recipes soon. Kathy Bennett

I discovered your flour a couple of years ago when my sister (who has celiac disease) and I participated in a fundraising walk here in Portland, OR. 5 lbs of your flour were given as a door prize, which I won. My sister had been diagnosed only a few months before, and we were on a quest to find the best gluten-free products, so we were delighted to find yours. It is simply hands down the very best product we've found. Since then, my sister has purchased several pounds of flour from you! I have started a blog about living a gluten free life and will be writing about the best products we find. I, of course, will highly recommend Domata Living Flour. My question is whether or not you have any sort of affiliate program. I will recommend your product either way, but it would be nice if you did have an affiliate program. My blog is www.glutenfreelifeonline.com. I've only just started posting to it, but I will be discussing health and life issues for folks with celiac and gluten intolerance. Thank you for your great product. Judi Mehrens.

There is no doubt about it the Domata Flour is the best. I bought your flour and made my bread and it was great. But just to make sure I made the recipe with the old flours and it didn't have the same bread taste. I have not tried other recipes yet but plan on baking a number of cookies for Xmas and this time I think they will turn out!!! Thank you Sue P.S. my daughter and grandson loved the bread as well. My ten year-old son was recently diagnosed with several food allergies, including a wheat allergy. I had no prior experience dealing with this issue so I felt totally overwhelmed. Thank God I found Domata Living Flour at a local Hy-Vee grocery store (Kirksville, Missouri). What a relief! I so much appreciate how easy it is to use. I also appreciate your web-site with it's recipes and tips. Thank you, thank you, thank you! God bless! Judy Hayes
