Letz Bake Gluten Free

I just want to say THANK YOU so much for such great gluten free flour! My husband has had celiac disease for six years now, and for a long time he thought he was just going to have to learn to live without baked goods and other favorite foods. I ordered some of your flour three years ago just to try it out, and I've ordered much more since then! It has been so wonderful for us and it lets him have a "normal" life with bread, pizza, cakes, cookies, everything he used to have to go without. I cannot tell you how many people I've recommended Domata flour to, but hopefully they've gotten as much use out of it as I have. I love purchasing your products because I know they are great, quality products, and I'm happy knowing that I'm supporting a faith-based company at the same time. Thank you again, and God bless!

Domata,
Gave you a "plug" on facebook on Designed 4 Healing page. Love your flour for my completely gluten free husband. FINALLY, gluten free food that the whole family can eat! No more double baking at our house and the whole family reaps the benefits of gluten free living! : )

This is the first flour I purchased after I was diagnosed with celiac. It has been the only flour I have purchased since. We use about a bag every month and a half now. I can make home made cream gravy, or milk gravy as it is known in these areas. Just like my grandmother made but the only difference is, foods I prepare with this flour, don't make me sick any more!

Iris,
Thank you so much for the discount on my flour order of yesterday. What a wonderful surprise, living on a fixed income now makes it all the nicer of a present.
I really love your flour and I tell everyone you have the best.
May God richly bless you and yours so you can keep it going.
Have a great day!

Domata has put the joy back in my cooking -- and eating! Once again, my
family and friends love my cooking and I love the applause it generates.
No one knows that it is gluten-free, until we tell them . . . and they are
always stunned that anything gluten-free can be soooo good. My husband
even thinks some of my recipes are BETTER with Domata than they were with
wheat.
Thank you,

Hello Ed,
It was so exciting to receive the shipment of 10 pounds of flour from you. I was in Phoenix at my Reliv conference when it got here, but as soon as I returned I began to plot my way through the next 10# of fun. My son, who is a gourmet cook and has turned his snobbish nose up at EVERY single other flour, no matter how I've tried to mask it, was game for me to use it in chocolate chip scones. So, I made a batch of scones and also a batch of biscotti. Normally this would produce a batch of something that would taste okay, but crumble in the hand immediately. Also, while the taste would be okay, the texture would send purists running the other way, including me. Domata Flour, with your new rice enrichment, is perfect. I mean really truly perfect. The biscotti holds shape, and when dipped in coffee it continues to hold shape while absorbing the coffee. Perfect crunch, perfect chew, no falling apart in the cup which is an awful thing to have happen. It's impossible to tell that it's gluten free biscotti. The scones were an even bigger test, because by design they are more crumbly anyways. They held perfect shape, and not too dry or too moist. Perfect scones. I have a loaf of that brown rice bread in the oven as I type. I hope it turns out okay. I've baked artisan breads for years, and love being able to knead and knead. But your instructions have led me down a different path with this. I'm hoping, but have a feeling this will have more of a learning curve to it.
Again, thank you and I'm going to get all of my poor suffering gluten free friends to buy this and live like everyone else gets to live!!! Good work, Ed.
Blessings,
Marcia Speicher

Hamantaschen are the triangular cookies filled with jam that are
traditionally baked for the Jewish holiday of Purim. Since we were snowed
in today, we decided to make them since Purim is only a few weeks away. I
am the only gluten-free person in my house, and I had already ordered some
from an online gluten-free bakery, so we had planned to make them with
"regular" flour. However, since I only bake gluten-free now, we did not
have any "regular" flour in the house, so I told my husband to just use
the Domata.
They are DELICIOUS!! The dough has a slightly different "mouth feel" than
the ones we make with regular flour, but the dough handled well for
rolling, cutting, and pinching. We only made a single batch of dough to
see how they came out, but I'm going to go make at least a double batch so
we have something to do tomorrow... school has already been canceled ;-).
Thanks for a wonderful product!! I wonder if it would work in a challah
recipe too.... Sue Kamens

Dear Sirs,
You are correct I find your product to be superb, I still have not tried to make gravy, but every other recipe I've tried has been a taste treat. I've been telling all my friends about you and hopefully the word here will spread to the world. Thanks again for all you have done for us with gluten problems. Karen Clarke-Culey

Testimony from Jill Moreno,
Just wanted you to know - my kids wanted Chinese dumplings. I used the pizza crust mix to make the wrappers. They were delicious. They worked well pan fried and steamed, although the steamed was the hit of the night. Thank you for making such a versatile product!

Hello,
I received the flour order late yesterday. Today I made biscuits from the recipe on the bag. All I can say is WOW!!!! This is the first REAL biscuits I have had since being gluten free. Even my husband who does not usually eat gluten free food, says this is good.Thank you so much. Can't wait to try other real recipes with this flour.
