My daughter is on a GFCF diet as a treatment for autism. Discovering your flour has been such a blessing!!! This Christmas I used your wonderful flour to bake chocolate chip cookies, sugar cookies, and spritz cookies....I just used my regular recipe and substituted ingredients that are safe to use for my daughter...including your flour. Not one person who ate my cookies could tell that I had used gluten free flour!!!! Thanks so much for creating such a wonderful, affordable product. I'm so happy to be able to give my daughter the foods she loves without the side effects of eating gluten. Many thanks from our family!! Have a wonderful New Year in 2010!!

The pizza was great! As I took it out of the oven our 9 year old grandson who has celiac asked what HE was having for supper.......I told him that we were all having the same pizza....which doesn't usually happen. I used my stone to cook it on and we all enjoyed it. Yesterday I used it to make pumpkin bread for him and he said it was great. The Domata flour is the closest thing to real flour that I have found in the 8 years that we have worked with Shane's special diet. Thanks again! Kathy

My daughter picked up a bag of Domata at the Celiac night at the Wachovia Center in Philly, and it is wonderful. Not only are all the cookies that I baked a few days before Christmas still fresh and delicious but for the first time ever I was able to make a pasta called "capelletti" for our soup on Christmas day. It truly is a "Gift from God" and I am anxious to try more recipes soon. Kathy Bennett

I discovered your flour a couple of years ago when my sister (who has celiac disease) and I participated in a fundraising walk here in Portland, OR. 5 lbs of your flour were given as a door prize, which I won. My sister had been diagnosed only a few months before, and we were on a quest to find the best gluten-free products, so we were delighted to find yours. It is simply hands down the very best product we've found. Since then, my sister has purchased several pounds of flour from you! I have started a blog about living a gluten free life and will be writing about the best products we find. I, of course, will highly recommend Domata Living Flour. My question is whether or not you have any sort of affiliate program. I will recommend your product either way, but it would be nice if you did have an affiliate program. There is no doubt about it the Domata Flour is the best. I bought your flour and made my bread and it was great. But just to make sure I made the recipe with the old flours and it didn't have the same bread taste. I have not tried other recipes yet but plan on baking a number of cookies for Xmas and this time I think they will turn out!!! Thank you Sue P.S. my daughter and grandson loved the bread as well. My ten year-old son was recently diagnosed with several food allergies, including a wheat allergy. I had no prior experience dealing with this issue so I felt totally overwhelmed. Thank God I found Domata Living Flour at a local Hy-Vee grocery store (Kirksville, Missouri). What a relief! I so much appreciate how easy it is to use.
