Add me to the list of thankful customers. I am really impressed with your flour. My husband is grinning ear to ear with the homemade goodies (cookies and biscuits so far). Our 7 yr old daughter also likes them! I took some cookies to my neighbor who also is gluten free and he was just as excited. True to your ad, your flour measures out cup for cup. My baking looks normal and even the batter tastes normal (cookie dough is a favorite). Thank you so very much for such a great product. I am telling everyone I know about it. Amazing how many folks must adhere to a gluten free diet. Again, thank you!! With warmest regards, D. Harrington, South Carolina

Hey Jack. I made another pizza tonight and put olive oil on the crust before I added the other ingredients. It really was delicious. So now tell me where I will be able to buy more. I definitely won't be able to go back to the ones I've been eating. Thanks again, Maury

It was nice meeting you today and I certainly appreciate your going out of your way to bring me the pizza crusts and flour. I made a pizza tonight and it was by far the best I've had in the past five years. Since "real" pizza is a distant memory, I'm not sure how close the taste comes to the real thing. But I'll sure be looking for these again and dropping some off at Atlantis for them to try. The pizza was delicious! And now I can't wait to see how the flour performs. Thanks again and I'll let you know how things turn out for me. Please give Sherry my regards and "thanks." Hopefully I'll see you all at the aquarium. Maury

Thank you so much for such prompt shipping and good service. I'd like to share with you my blog entry reviewing your product (found here: http://dulcimeramy.wordpress.com/2008/06/11/domata-living-flour/ ) Your flour is a blessing to our family. My four sons and I all have celiac disease. (My husband does not have active disease; we think he is a carrier of the gene) We are a single-income, home schooling family. Your very low price makes Domata affordable to us, and we hope we will always be able to buy it for our children. Please feel free to use any or all of the following testimonial for your website or marketing purposes. Sincerely, Amy Raab
"I have found the most amazing product. For background information, you should know that gluten-free flours almost always taste like bitter beans. We’ve managed for the last few years with Bob’s Red Mill flours, and we’ve been mostly content with our pancakes. More often, we just eat naturally gluten-free foods, and when someone mentions cinnamon rolls the others all say, “let’s not talk about it. “That was yesterday. Today I am the proud owner of a 25 pound bag of Domata Living Flour! Even as I scooped it into canisters, I could tell it was “different.” The flour was almost the consistency and weight of regular white flour. I baked a batch of blond brownies. This will sound silly to non-celiacs, but I have to say I actually cried a bit when I was able to just substitute cup for cup for wheat flour in my mom’s old blond brownie recipe.
So, so easy. Such a familiar feeling to baking. Even after a few years, I have never really become comfortable with gluten-free baking. It has been sad for me, because before we were diagnosed, I used to enjoy baking for my family. The brownies were in the oven. Smelled good! Of course, anything with that much butter and brown sugar will smell good, trying not to get our hopes up too much….The timer dinged, we took the brownies out, and were stunned.
Just stunned. They had BROWNED!!! We haven’t had properly browned baked goods for 3 years. The top was shiny and crinkly like any proper brownie. The taste was out of this world. The seven year old was repeating, as if in a daze, “Mama, these are so delicious. Mama, these are so delicious.” I’m sold. Even with the high cost of shipping, Domata equals the best deal on Bob’s Red Mill. (The best Bob’s deal is through amazon.com with the prime account). Domata is much, much less than retail GF flours at any store. I’m not ashamed to say that I will keep buying Domata flour strictly for the comfort. It is a comforting thing to have yummy homemade baked goods, and it is a huge increase in convenience for me to be able to use familiar recipes, substituting cup for cup. Celiac disease is a daily stressor, especially for this celiac! I am so busy with homes schooling and our folk music, but I still deal with the raising and feeding of four celiac sons every day. Domata Living Flour is going to make our lives better. We are so thankful for this product." Amy Raab

I am sitting here crying like a baby. I know that sounds silly. I purchased your flour with some skepticism and also, hope. I am so happy with it, it brought me to tears. Being diagnosed with Celiac is no fun, but this makes it so much better. I was a baker before diagnosis and thought nothing would turn out right again. I was using my own mixture that I got from cookbooks, but everything always tasted “fake”. I made the pizza crust and the choc choc chip cookies. How wonderful it turned out! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH! My husband likes it also and that makes it better for me not to have to feel guilty in not making gluten treats anymore. Praise God for this combination of flours. It is the perfect combination! Hi Jack, Domata Flour was a huge success at our meeting. All the request cards were given out and everyone is really excited about the product. We ate pizza and everyone said it tasted like the real thing-what better compliment could you ask for. The all- purpose flour was divided up and everyone was excited to take it home and try it. Everyone said to relay their thanks, so thank you again for your hospitality.

Greetings! I ordered 50#s of Domata GF flour a while back. My kitchen is finished and licensed. A week ago I made my first batch of Sweet Comfort Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Gluten Free cookies. They looked absolutely marvelous. I did not even take one bite, but went to 2 local food stores that serve the Celiac, gluten intolerant community. The response was amazing. Without hesitation, both owners said it was the best tasting gluten free cookie they had ever tasted. Praise God \o/ Their customers have purchased nearly 50 dozen since May 1. Absolutely fabulous! They love the frozen dough balls because they can bake a few at a time and always have a fresh cookie. The cup for cup exchange is true. No variation in the recipe. Thank you for Domata GF flour. Now everybody can have a cookie! Best, Tim Rice Sweet Comfort Products Fargo, ND

My daughter loves your flour. Would you have a bread recipe for the bread-maker you could give me that doesn't take eggs, if so I'd love to have it.
Also would you have a waffle recipe that you could send, the pancake one listed on your recipes is a big hit!! Thanks so much. God Bless You! In His precious name, Maxine K.

Your flour is a four year answer to my prayers. My cookies came out so fabulous that no one could tell the difference. For the first time in years my kids were able to share "their special treats" with the entire class. Thank you and God Bless! Jennifer
