Mary S. Iris, I made two pizzas last night and had a gluten-guest over as well--we all LOVED the pizza--my guest said--as he crammed more pizza in his mouth--"This is one quality pizza!" My daughter just loved it. I am heading over to Andrea's Fine Foods today and I am going to tell her about your pizza crust and breading--did you get a chance to speak with her at the event? She has a local gf bakery. I failed to pick up a bag of the regular flour-so I'll have to order some. My friend got some that night-but I picked up the pizza and breading mixes. Oh, you bet I'll be spreading the word! I had bronchitis upon returning home from that event btw-so I was stuck in bed for a few days and ended up joining several GF groups-so I have a bigger audience now to brag to! This flour is great! Stephanie K./Missouri I have 2 children with Celiac and we really strive to locate the best tasting products. I ordered the flour and the seasoning flour last week. I am so impressed with the qualities of both! We made chicken nuggets with the seasoning flour and even my neighbor wants to buy the flour! We made chocolate chip cookies using the recipe right off the bag and they were fantastic. The best GF cookies we have had in 3 years. Thank you! Bob C / Ohio Been looking for a good bread flour and I now know that we have found the perfect product. This is the best flour we have found to make bread and rolls without a doubt. Even with the shipping charges it is cheaper than anything we have found in OHIO. Thanks everyone at Domata's for a good product at a great price.

Subject: Tollhouse cookies and Domata flour
I bought some Domata flour to try.  Since I already have a well-stocked pantry of gluten-free flours and several tried and true recipes, I was not sure what I would use it for. My son has a math assignment coming up where they have to make a ½ batch recipe of Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies (to practice measuring, fractions, etc.).  I normally use my own cookie recipes, but wanted to see if I could simply sub the Domata flour in the same amount. I did, and baked in a 9 X 13 pan instead of individual cookies, as they will do in class. We took these to our friends' house and everyone (4 kids and 4 adults, including myself) thought they were the best cookies I had ever made - and I make cookies a LOT! You absolutely could not tell they were gluten free. Just wanted to pass this along!

About a month ago I purchased 25# of your pizza mix. I have thoroughly enjoyed making pizza, pizza stick’s and Panini's with your mix. I have shared the flour with many of my celiac friends and they are thrilled to be able to make pizza so easy. They are amazed that it rolls out just like regular dough. My daughter has mastered making the pizza in just one try. She is definitely not a cook. Thanks again! I look forward to ordering more of your products in the future.

I am so excited to know that Domata Living Flour will soon be offered in Hy-Vee Stores. This is where I do all my grocery shopping and know that they have many GF products. I ordered 50# of Domata last year and have been enjoying the ease and fabulous results of my baking products for my husband who is a Celiac. I am hoping that the Lee's Summit, MO Hy-Vee will stock your products. Thank you.

I love your product. I make chocolate chip cookies at least once a week with your flour. People love them and want to know my secret. They all know here at work that I have gluten allergies and they cannot believe that the cookies are made with gluten free flour. I have been buying it at the health food stores in Stockton and Bolivar since I live in Bona, Mo. Thanks again for making this product so I can enjoy the cookies I have been missing. God Bless You! We live in Dunnegan and found out about Domata in the Bolivar newspaper. The Bolivar health food store now carries it because of our request. I wanted to tell you that I made popovers last night with a standard Better Homes & Gardens recipe, using Domata flour. They were absolutely WONDERFUL! Cup for cup is truly accurate! Iris, I got a deep fryer for Christmas, and the chicken tenders are awesome! My son had a very picky friend sleep over (this child won't eat anything I cook except baked potatoes!). I made the chicken tenders and he loved them! He said they tasted just like Chili's! I also made buttermilk donuts the next day, and they turned out great as well. Hope you had a blessed Christmas!
