I met you at the CSA Conference in Tucson, AZ. I made rolls for Christmas dinner with the Domata Living Flour sample you gave me. They were an absolute hit !!! My family said this was the best GF item I have ever made. I'm placing an order on-line now. I don't think I will ever mix flours again. Thank you so much for this item. I will spread the word. I am so very excited. I received my flour today and made toll house cookies with the substitute flour and no other changes to the recipe. They came out perfect, taste great, look like they should, and are gluten free. Thank you for the flour. Deb

I would like to order some of your gluten free flour. Earlier this summer I saw your daughter at the Indianola Farmer's Market and purchased flour from her. It was great! The best Gluten Free Flour I have tried! I have heard you had been at the Des Moines Farmer's Market, and may be back at the one in December. Is this true? If so maybe I could order some, flour from you and pick it up then. If you are not going to be there, I would like to order anyway. Please let me know. I would like to order 25 lbs. Trying to find the right combination for gluten-free flour has been quite an ordeal. I tried the Domata flour and had great success! It is delicious when used in tiramisu, banana nut bread, biscuits, and gravy. I have a recipe for tiramisu and banana nut bread that used regular flour. I also heard of Domata Living Flour from the Knoxville Celiac Support Group and decided to order. The first thing my nineteen years old daughter requested was Original Toll House chocolate chip cookies. We followed the recipe on the bag and substituted 2.5 cups Domata flour in place of the 2.5 cups of wheat flour I previously baked with; the increased amount of flour is a personal preference. There was absolutely no difference in the taste or texture of the cookie! Some of her friends dropped by as the cookies were coming out of the oven and they agreed: no difference! She commented to them, "Do you realize it has been 4 1/2 years since I have eaten a real chocolate chip cookie!" I stored the cookies in a zip lock bag and we ate the last of them three days later; they were still moist and chewy. Next, we followed Mary Sophia's loaf bread recipe. The bread is by far the best gluten free bread we have ever tasted. My daughter had previously given up bread because of the taste and texture, but this was so good, she took the loaf back to college with her. Thank you for this wonderful product!

WOW, Ed, this is fantastic! The Duffey's did not need the seal from CSA to know just how good the Domata Living flour is. I baked a cake with our Domata flour for a family reunion. Absolutely no one realized (except for Drew and me) that it was cooked without the use of "regular" flour. Domata has exceptionally replaced the old wheat flour I used to purchase! Hi Ed and Iris, It was a pleasure meeting you at Roman’s Pizza in Knoxville, TN. We appreciate all that you have done to help Dave get started in this adventure. As you could see, he is making a huge difference in many people’s lives! We enjoyed getting to meet you both and enjoy a nice dinner together. I also wanted to thank you for your kind donation to our GF cooking class for children that we are having with our support group. We received the flour today and I practiced tonight by making GF ravioli. It was delicious and I cannot wait to try other recipes with your flour. Hello, I just wanted to thank you for sending the flour. I have tried a few of the recipes recommended on the site, and they were excellent. As you know my son, Tyson, has a seizure disorder. We are trying everything we can to reduce his seizure activity, and decrease the amount of medicine he has to take each day. Based on my research, a gluten free diet is recommended.
